Cookie information
Cookies and browser storage
You control optional analytics. Essential website and security features continue to work whether analytics is accepted or rejected.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on a computer, tablet or phone. Similar browser technologies, including local storage, can remember settings or help a website understand how it is used.
UK rules require clear information and active consent before non-essential cookies are used. Cookies that are strictly necessary for security or a service requested by the user may operate without optional consent.
2. Technology used on this website
Cookie names and lifetimes can change when providers update their services. We periodically review this information and update the page when the website's use of storage materially changes.
3. Google Analytics
Google Analytics helps us understand information such as which pages are visited and when a booking button is selected. It is configured with analytics storage denied by default. Analytics cookies are enabled only after an affirmative acceptance through the website banner.
If analytics is accepted, Google may process device and usage information to provide aggregated reports. You can reject analytics, change your choice later or use browser controls. Read Google's privacy information ↗.
4. Fresha and external websites
Booking buttons open Fresha in a separate website. Fresha may use its own cookies and similar technologies under its own privacy and cookie information. Those cookies are not placed by the Resolve website merely because a booking link is displayed; Fresha's choices apply after you visit its service.
5. Changing your choice
Select “Review cookie choices” on this page or the “Cookie settings” control at the bottom of the website. Rejecting analytics will not prevent access to clinic information or the booking link. You can also delete stored data through your browser settings.
6. Questions
Contact admin@resolvemsk.co.uk with questions. You can also read the Privacy notice or the Information Commissioner's cookie guidance ↗.
